EQUINE WELFARE

A horse doesn’t care how much you know until he knows how much you care.
Put your hand on your horse and your heart in your hand.

- Pat Parelli

DID YOU KNOW?

Nearly 130,000 "unprofitable” or simply
unwanted horses are trucked to Canada and Mexico
and slaughtered each year.

100% of funds donated went directly to reputable organizations within animal welfare industry, such as ReRun, an industry leader in Thoroughbred aftercare.

MEET THE HORSES IMPACTED BY THIS CAMPAIGN

RERUN - BELLAMY WAY

Bellamy Way ran 18 times and placed winnings of over $300,000. However, at only 6 years old, his competitive career reached an end. Luckily, he ended up at ReRun and is known as one of their “racing heroes”, garnering tons of public support around giving racehorses a safe place to go after the finish line!

RERUN - STAN AND STORMY

Fair Weather Stan and Stormy Scoundrel have their own unique traumas, but are now living their best lives (together!) at ReRun. Stan is a multiple graded stakes placed horse who won over a quarter of a million dollars. After his career, he was found starving with 19 other horses, several of which later died. He was one of the lucky ones, after being nursed back to health at ReRun and finding his companion Stormy Scoundrel from whom he’s now inseparable. Stormy also ended up at ReRun because he had no where to go after his owner became terminally ill. Luckily the two horses rediscovered their happiness when they found each other.

RERUN - SARATOGA SNACKS

Saratoga Snacks is a Rerun fan favorite and was a multiple graded stakes winner of $700,000. Due to his fame and great personality, he has become a mascot for ReRun, helping raise awareness about how race horses need a safe place to go after their careers are over.
